The Director, Procurement Digital Solutions leads the design and execution of Teva's end-to-end procurement technology landscape. This role defines the target state for the procurement tech environment and leads programs from business case through deployment and global adoption. The Director partners with IT on platform strategy, integration patterns, and the SAP journey, ensuring the procurement stack is modern, interoperable, and future-ready.

Leads the implementation of talent acquisition strategy, manages resources, systems, and budget. Responsible for talent acquisition operations, including infrastructure, technology, and team leadership.

Leads Teva's data, analytics, and AI strategy for Global Procurement, defining roadmap, governing data foundation, and scaling AI-enabled products. Develops and stewards procurement performance taxonomy, data ownership model, and data quality SLAs. Delivers executive scorecards, self-service analytics, and advanced analytics for category strategies, contract insights, supplier risk, and SRM. Incubates, productizes, and scales AI/ML use cases with transparent value tracking and Responsible-AI guardrails. Drives adoption of analytics and AI through playbooks, enablement, and business rhythm integration. Collaborates with Finance, Risk/Compliance, Legal, Digital/IT, and GBS to validate value, standardize KPIs, and ensure sustained performance.
