This position is responsible for supporting manufacturing process and product quality by applying appropriate Goodyear standards and procedures to solve problems. The incumbent seeks solutions to technical problems, conducts work on assigned tasks & exhibits a significant level of knowledge and expertise.

Responsibilities include conducting audits from raw materials to finished goods, identifying gaps, driving effective countermeasures, and supporting continuous improvement to prevent nonconformities. Job Responsibilities Conduct regular audits from raw material, in-process production and finished product for WBR and Aero product.

Responsibilities Lead quality performance and process consistency for Radial AERO tires across Tire Assembly, Curing and Final Finishing operations. Ensure aviation tires meet all internal and external quality standards; support continuous improvement initiatives; manage key quality KPIs; contribute to successful launches of new products when required.
