
Develops and manages compensation strategies for Envista's EMEA staff and operating companies. Supports the execution and communication of compensation programs, including base and variable compensation, long-term incentives, and employee recognition. Collaborates with HR, regional leaders, and the Total Rewards team to define, deliver, and communicate compensation programs. Conducts market benchmarking, analysis, and recommendation of salary increase budgets. Provides compensation subject matter expertise and counsel to regional and operating companies. Partners with HR business partners and business leaders to recommend, design, and implement changes to compensation plans and salary structures. Maintains global compliance on compensation, including Pay Equity and Transparency.
