
Leads a high-performing team in the Technical Services function, building and maintaining strong customer relationships in the Benelux region. Manages daily team performance, sets priorities, handles escalations, and leads problem-solving activities. Oversees daily team functions, monitors and assigns audits, and provides coaching and development to the team. Reports on KPIs, implements corrective actions, and ensures high visibility of results. Collaborates with the Technical Services Manager and other colleagues to manage customer projects and activities. Ensures the Benelux team achieves goals and completes assigned projects. Maintains a focus on safety, customer service, effective communications, and efficiency.
