The Lead Investigator EMEA for ABB's Motion Business Area is responsible for overseeing all Severity Level 3 integrity and Severity Level 1-3 HR investigations for the EMEA region. This role involves partnering with legal, HR, and other stakeholders to investigate and remediate various integrity and workplace issues. Responsibilities include leading investigations, conducting interviews, analyzing root causes, and recommending process improvements. The Lead Investigator will report to the Head of Integrity for Motion and have a dotted line to the Head of HR for Motion.
