Job Description: The engineering Associate Director of Sustaining Engineering is a new role within CSL's Drug Delivery Systems & Packaging (DDSP). This role will provide technical leadership to support marketed combination products. The individual will work with DDSP and peer departments, e. g.

The Senior Laboratory Specialist, Tech Ops researches and develops new medicines, assesses product safety, conducts analysis, and manages research information systems. Designs and implements business experimental processes to enable product research and development. Leads teams in the development of program and project strategy and lifecycle management planning. May design and develop manufacturing processes for new or existing products. Supports the team in leveraging technology platform capabilities to contribute to project goals. Assists in the coordination of local and global research and development activities. Participates in collaborative efforts with other CSL sites and external partners. Applies foundational knowledge of relevant scientific disciplines to support laboratory tasks and project execution. Works under close to moderate supervision to meet operational objectives. Resolves routine problems and contributes to discussions on more complex issues. Communicates effectively within the team, sharing relevant information and adhering to established policies and procedures.

Supports the discovery, development, and progression of new medicines. Executes experiments, conducts analyses, and ensures products meet safety standards. Collaborates with internal and external teams to advance project objectives.
