Warehouse Operative – Picking and Packing

Summary
Airbox Fulfilment has just opened its first warehouse in Zoetermeer, NL. We already operate three warehouses in the United Kingdom and are now looking for new team members to help us grow our business in Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a fast-growing company and grow with us.
This role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, with opportunities for succession planning into senior roles as we continue to grow our operations both in the Netherlands and internationally.
We are looking for warehouse operatives to perform various tasks within our warehouse. We manage the stock and orders for various clothing and beauty brands, so previous experience in a pick-and-pack warehouse would be beneficial. Experience using a handheld scanner would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Picking orders with a handheld scanner
- Dispatching orders using a computer
- Packing goods according to customer specifications
- Scanning goods into warehouse inventory
- Working at a fast pace to ensure all orders are dispatched on time
- Performing other warehouse tasks as needed
- Collaborating effectively as part of a team

- No qualifications are required for this role
Offer
The salary for this position is €14.30 per hour, with overtime paid at 150% (time and a half).
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:00, including 45 minutes of break time. This amounts to 43.75 working hours per week, equating to an annual salary of €32,532.50.
From next year, shifts will change to two daily patterns: 07:00 to 16:30 and 13:30 to 23:00. Please apply only if you are willing to work both shift patterns.
Holiday entitlement and allowance:
- 20 days of annual leave (based on a 5-day workweek).
- 8% holiday allowance, paid in May.
