Responsibilities

Preparing detailed work orders, monitoring progress, and ensuring clear and timely handovers;
Responsible for planning and scheduling project execution activities;
Managing inventory and procurement processes;
Maintaining close communication with the sales team, production department, and suppliers;
Safeguarding quality standards and ensuring that projects are completed within the agreed timelines and budgets;
Providing support to the sales department, including drafting quotations, answering technical inquiries, and preparing technical documentation.

Qualifications

At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role such as work preparator, planner, or coordinator;
Strong affinity with technical and/or production environments;
Experience in sales support or preparing quotations is a plus;
Proficiency in planning software, ERP systems, and especially SolidWorks;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both customers and internal departments;
Capable of addressing technical issues in coordination with the sales team;
Organized, stress-resistant, and skilled at setting and managing priorities.
