Team Leader Logistics & Dispatch

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader Logistics & Dispatch for a leading family-owned food company in the Eindhoven area.

This is a permanent role where you’ll lead a team of 20–30 people and ensure daily logistics operations run smoothly in a dynamic 2-shift environment. What you’ll get

• €4,661 – €5,873 gross/month (incl. 15% shift allowance)
• €11.80 weekly cold allowance
• Full-time position (38 hours/week)

Your role

• Lead and motivate a team of 20–30 employees
• Coordinate logistics and dispatch operations
• Ensure smooth flow from inbound to outbound
• Maintain safety standards and HACCP compliance
• Be present on the floor and drive improvements

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Background in logistics, food, or production environment
• HACCP knowledge is a plus
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Hands-on leader who takes ownership
• Comfortable working in a cold environment
