Position Type – 12 Months, full time hours with a view to permanent employment (INDEFINITE contract) depending on progress. Hours - Monday to Friday, 0830 – 1700 with 30 minutes for lunch Working Week – 40 hours Holiday Entitlement – 25 days + public holidays Reporting to – General Manager Salary – Euro 2.700 Gross/Month (excluding 8% holiday pay) 8% Holiday allowance on top of salary

Job Description (combined)

• Supervised preparation, production, and packing of cut parts and other materials which require processing.
• Accurate completion of production worksheets.
• Helping maintain a clean and tidy environment when working in the Production area and Warehouse
• Understanding and complying with the Health and Safety requirements.
• Assisting Logistics department with incoming/outgoing deliveries.
• Managing stock, including regular stock counts.
• Packing processed orders ready for outgoing deliveries.
• An analytical, methodical and thorough approach to work is necessary for this role.

Candidate requirements

• Must be able to stand at machines all day
• Be able to respond to repetitive work
• Expected to work at a fast pace when required due to production deadlines
• Not afraid to work with different technology production machines (full training given)
• Forklift licence required for incoming/outgoing deliveries
• Physically fit to handle heavy boxes
• Excellent attention to detail, i.e., accuracy
• Good communication skills with the team.
• Good knowledge of Excel, other MS packages.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. |
