
The Senior Management Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership. The role requires strong proactivity, discretion, and confidentiality. Serves as a key liaison between managers, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Manages complex executive calendars, schedules meetings, and coordinates room and facility bookings. Prepares and distributes announcements, newsletters, and reports. Supports visitor registration, reception, and floor coordination activities. Plans and coordinates complex international travel. Organizes workshops, events, and meetings. Assists in departmental planning and tracks activities and priorities. Supports planning and execution of internal and external events.
