As a Welding Robot Shiftleader, you ensure components for trailers are correctly prepared and welded using Panasonic robots. You review work orders, configure robots, perform measurements, and check weld quality. You contribute to the quality and safety of trailers by monitoring workflow, identifying deviations, and ensuring adherence to specifications.

As Coordinator of the Broshuis Academy, you will analyze learning needs, coordinate training programs, and manage the Learning Management System (LMS). You will lead the 'Learning and Development' working group and ensure alignment between training needs and available offerings.

Service Technician Reparation needed for trailer repairs, MOT inspections, and maintenance. Requires technical VMBO/MBO education, hydraulics/pneumatics knowledge, and VCA/MOT inspector certifications. Work in workshop and on-site customer locations.
