Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Experienced Production Shift Leader coordinates, supervises, and participates in production processes, ensuring safe operations, quality, and on-time delivery. Leads, coaches, and motivates operators, manages shift handovers, and drives continuous improvement.
