Develop and implement customized manufacturing equipment, including continuous improvements and new process development. Responsibilities include 3D design, 2D drafting, GD&T knowledge, process visualization, equipment assembly, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar preferred. Proficient in English.

Experienced Production Shift Leader coordinates, supervises, and participates in production processes, ensuring safe operations, quality, and on-time delivery. Leads, coaches, and motivates operators, manages shift handovers, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
