Collaborates with stakeholders to align priorities and optimize Ix needs during development and pre-launch. Manages functional cost centers and optimizes the European Ix operating model. Leads a high-performing team, fosters a culture of inclusion, and champions change management. Ensures compliance with regulations and ethical standards. Requires a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including multi-functional, market General Management, regional or global roles across Innovative. Minimum of 10 years of Marketing experience required. Demonstrates outstanding leadership, people management, and general management expertise. Possesses a strong understanding of financials and the ability to effectively communicate strategies and decisions.
