
Drive structured planning, execution, and governance of finance transformation initiatives. Establish and maintain program management disciplines, including methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks. Provide end-to-end oversight of initiative progress, identifying risks and dependencies. Partner with project managers to define business cases, success metrics, and implementation plans. Develop high-quality reporting for senior leadership on progress, risks, resource utilization, and value delivery. Support strategic planning processes, including roadmap development and prioritization. Lead and coordinate change management activities across the transformation portfolio. Develop and drive communication strategies to support transformation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and sustainable adoption of change.
