We are a reflective and collaborative staff body at Emanuel, and we provide many opportunities for teachers to develop as practitioners and share good practice. The school provides a generous CPD budget each year. Individually all teaching staff are warmly encouraged to work with their line managers to identify and pursue any further training needed and to share what they have learned.
